Zero Calorie Red Roasted Carrots



As I have stated on this site; Negative Calorie foods are foods which require more energy to burn off than they actually provide, making them a popular choice for dieters. Carrots  are not just good for your eyes, carrots are a filling negative calorie food that is ideal for cooking or eating raw. Today I bring a quick easy recipe we all enjoy. Don't laugh, but they are actually one of our dogs favorite adult foods they beg for. 

Negative Calorie Red Roasted Carrots

1/2 tsp cinnamon, 
1/2 tsp paprika,
1/2 tsp chili powder, 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp sea salt.
6 carrots cut into "chips" 


Mix spices well in a large ziplock bag add sliced carrots and shake well.
Roast at 400 for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet or baking stone lined with parchment until the edges are crispy brown.
